Do YOU want to protect your ability to choose which health care option is the best for you and your family?

Then NOW is the time for action!

Our goal is to change health care in the United States. But to accomplish this goal WE NEED YOUR HELP.

The first step in achieving this goal is building a coalition SO big that we can’t be ignored.

Here’s what YOU can do:

1. Take the pledge cards and ask friends, family, co-workers, and clients -- basically everyone and anyone you know -- to fill them out. (We do not sell or share anyone’s information.)
2. Once the pledge cards have been filled out, collect them and send them to us at: 510 E. Wilson Bridge Rd., Suite G, Worthington, OH 43085 or email the information to info@healthfreedomforall.org.
3. Repeat steps one and two.

What’s the expectation?

To reach our goal of getting 5 million coalition members, every person who believes in consumer choice must fill out a pledge card and ask 10 friends to do the same.
